If you’re looking for assistance with permitting in Leon County, here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. New User Registration: If you’re new to the system, watch the New User Registration Video to learn how to create an account and get started.
  2. Initial Document Upload: Once registered, follow the Initial Document Upload Instructions Video to submit your necessary documents.

  6. Contractor Verification Form: Complete the Contractor Verification Form as required.

How to Search the Database

There are several ways to pull information from the database. You can search by an address, permit number, license number and parcel identification number (TaxID): City of Tallahassee / Leon County

It may be helpful to utilize an Interactive Map in order to obtain the correct address or parcel identification number.
